The Human Dimension (RHA)

At the heart of E-MARE lies the Real Human Assessment (RHA). We believe that a true economy is not built on cold data, but on the integrity of the individuals who lead it.

Inspired by the work of Kazimierz Dąbrowski and his Theory of Positive Disintegration, E-MARE challenges its participants to look beyond the "social mask." In our matrix, personality is not a given—it is an achievement. We evaluate across seven dimensions, distinguishing the Stereotype from the Authentic.

Virtual Enterprise Formation

E-MARE is the laboratory for the Virtual Enterprise. We facilitate agile coalitions triggered by real-world opportunities along the trade corridor. These enterprises are not merely matched by technical capabilities, but by human synergy. By aligning RHA profiles, we ensure that the architects of the Third Europe operate with a shared understanding of honor and patriotism.
